CHASSIS BUILDING AND DESIGN

We have the knowledge and experience to design and build your next roll cage and or chassis.  Whether you need to comply with a certain racing organizations rules or you want a one of a kind work of art, we can work with you to build your next project.  We have experience in both on and off road racing, street cars, and show cars, and have the ability to build your next vehicle to perform the best it possibly can while making it as safe as possible.

The vehicle pictured to the left is a 1969 Lotus Elan+2. This car was constructed completely of fiberglass with a sheet metal chassis running down the spine of the vehicle.  This cage was not only designed and built to keep the occupants safe in case of an accident, it also hugs the inside of the car to allow the most interior space possible and braces the chassis to limit flex and promote vehicle handling.

WELDING

Our welding is something we take great pride in here at OCD Coachworks. Whether your job is as simple as welding flat steel plates or as complicated as welding titanium or inconel headers, we can handle it. At OCD Coachworks we don't just get the job done, we make it look good.

MACHINING

Not every part needed to build your next project is available off the shelf or at your local auto parts store.  Here at OCD Coachworks we not only have the tooling but the skills and experience to make just about anything.  You come up with an idea and we will take care of the rest.

Here at OCD Coachworks, nothing is impossible.  We constantly look for new ways to make our work stand out. Our metalwork is no exception.  We take great pride in our ability to hand form aluminum and steel into the desired shape and design.  Whether that be a fuel tank or fairing for a motorcycle or hard top for a convertible, we can form it.
